Notes:

Extremely clear, looks filtered (thanks to lots of time sitting in the keezer). Very little to no head retention, not sure how to get more head in lacto beers. Aroma is slightly briney with strong grapefruit pineapple notes. The aroma also reminds me of salted tart green apples (good snack, give it a try). I enjoy the level of acidity, not overwhelming but definitely there. The salt level is about spot on, anymore might be too much with the fruity hop character, but it is coming through in the taste (mostly aftertaste, leaves you licking your lips). Really unique beer, I enjoy it a lot.
