Incubator No 2 Data and Results

 Notes:

Descriptors: cherry laffy taffy, caramel candies

Pours a reddish brown color. Searching for hop smell it’s of passion fruit (cherry laffy taffy) and pine. Tasting the crystal in this, almost caramel candies like. There is a slight spice/dryness, but not accompanied by enough bitterness. Nobody liked this beer. Submitted it to a local competition and this was confirmed. : ( Improvements, do it all better.
