Notes:

Dry hopped with only one dose of hops and left the dose in the keg until it was completely gone.

Made this beer in the bucket labeled, “wild beer,” with no ill effects. (I have since done this many times and have never had a problem with using the same plastic fermenter for clean and wild beers).

My first time using Safale s-04 Ale Yeast.

Temperature: 62 F for 2 days then 65 for 5 days then 68 for 7 days.

Dry Hopping:

 56 grams Galaxy and 56 Grams Nelson Sauvin for 4 days at 68F (then right into keezer, never taking out the first dose)
