Notes:

Hop debris is still floating into the glasses, now about 3-4 pints in. Minor hop aroma. Head doesn’t stick around all that well.  Finishes pretty smooth for the amount of hops. Not loving the Munich malt in this beer, I want the hops bro. Too minerally, almost salty. Probably should have raised the gravity to consider it an IPA.  I’d prefer the 20 minute bittering addition to be 60, lacks an appropriate bite for an IPA. Clears up nice after sitting in a keg for awhile.
