Notes:
Descriptors: pineapple, tang, ripe strawberry, grassy, fruity
Cloudy yellow appearance. Head retention only good on first pour then subsides. Really fruity smell, pinneaple again from the Brett but the Galaxy is adding a ripe fruit type smell, maybe a slight ripe strawberry in the background of the pineapple aroma. Galaxy seems to be a fairly aggressive hop, that although smells like ripe tropical fruit kind of has a grassiness to it. I don’t like this hop as well with the Brett as the first 100% Brett beer. I get a slight harsh alcohol aftertaste that lingers a little with a touch too much bittering, the alcohol might be from the warmer fermentation, maybe keep it in the 70s.
